The Fundación LeDor VaDor is a non-profit organization of the Argentine Jewish community that, since 2007, works to transform the reality of the elderly, their environments and their families, promoting a dignified, active and healthy longevity in three fundamental areas.
Nos desarrollamos en 3 áreas fundamentales
Social transformation and awareness
We design intergenerational proposals and actions to intervene in the social, community and professional environment. We promote new conversations around longevity with the commitment to contribute to the construction of a more inclusive society free of prejudices about old age.
Promoting healthy longevity
We promote socio-community proposals for people over 60 years of age, focused on integral wellbeing, health promotion, physical activity, recreation and the strengthening of social bonds. Through cultural encounters, workshops and socialization spaces, we seek to enrich the quality of life and active participation.
Personalized attention and care
We provide comprehensive support to the elderly and their families, offering direct care, guidance and assistance from the Ledor VaDor y Bait Home, an innovative model of sheltered housing that prioritizes autonomy and security.

Our Mission
To enhance the well-being and active longevity of people, providing comprehensive assistance, promoting autonomy and creating spaces for learning, meeting and development. Through innovative programs, education and intergenerational activities, we promote healthy, full and dignified aging, where experience and values are fundamental pillars of an inclusive and respectful society.
Our vision
To be the reference organization in the promotion of active longevity and the integral wellbeing of people, building a community where aging is synonymous with growth, participation and quality of life. We aspire to transform the social perception of old age, fostering a culture of respect, inclusion and appreciation of the intergenerational contribution, so that each person can live with autonomy, dignity and fulfillment.
Our values
Active Longevity
We promote healthy aging, with autonomy, participation and integral wellbeing.
Dignity and Respect
We believe that every elderly person deserves to be treated with respect, recognizing their history, their rights and their contribution to society.
Inclusion and Diversity
We foster spaces where all people are valued, regardless of their age, origin or condition.
Intergenerationality
We build bridges between generations, promoting mutual learning and the exchange of experiences.
Compromiso Comunitario
We work to build a fairer, more inclusive and supportive society, where the elderly are valued, heard and protagonists. We believe in an old age with opportunities, growth and contributions, challenging prejudices and building bridges between generations.
